Couple's getaway, solid experience

The staff were friendly and helped us with anything we needed. The dining experience we had was quite memorable with fresh, homemade food.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.

the breakfast was an absoluteley unremarkable experience, with no local dishes to indulge in. the pool being closed was a travesty, given the warm weather. i can't believe i wasn’t even offered a complimentary gesture for my troubles—it’s like they forgot i deserved special treatment. i almost left a good review but just couldn’t.

The location is perfect, a quick walk to the Medieval City. The room was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It faced the gardens and pool, which offered a lovely view. I appreciated the wide range of teas and complimentary drinks available in the room. The pool area was clean and inviting, perfect after a long day of exploring. Breakfast had a decent selection, but it could include more local specialities to enhance the experience. Dinner was good, but I noticed a few missed opportunities with the service. Some staff seemed inexperienced, leading to confusion with menu items and the ordering process. The air conditioning in the room didn’t perform consistently. it felt warmer than the advertised 22°C.

We had a fantastic stay with a lovely pool area and a great breakfast spread! the dining experience at dinner could be improved. I’d definitely return!

The Privilege Double Room had an enormous bathroom equipped with both a bath and shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The comprehensive breakfast spread included a solid selection of pastries, cheeses, and hot options, served...

This hotel was a prime choice for a short break in Carcassonne with value for money. The room was clean and had a good-sized double bed, which made our stay comfortable. Just be aware that parking can be tricky to find.
